Landscaping Crew Member (Full-Time / Seasonal)

About the Role
As a Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll work on residential and light commercial properties to keep yards healthy, tidy, and great-looking. You’ll collaborate with a friendly crew, follow daily work plans, and help deliver the reliable, high-quality service Dream Team Landscaping is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lawn care: mowing, edging, line trimming, and cleanup
• Trim hedges and shrubs; assist with pruning and shaping
• Execute yard cleanups: debris removal, leaf cleanup, and green waste handling
• Assist with planting: soil prep, planting annuals/perennials/shrubs, mulching
• Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Load/unload tools; keep trucks, trailers, and job sites neat and safe
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the Crew Lead/Supervisor
• Provide friendly, professional service to clients

What You Bring

• Physically capable of outdoor work in all weather (lifting, bending, standing)
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn—experience is an asset, not a must
• Able to take direction and work well on a team
• Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset (not required)

Season & Schedule

• Full-time, seasonal role (typical 35–40 hours/week; weather-dependent)
• Start: Spring (or ASAP) • End: Fall (with potential to return next season)
