About the Role
You’ll work on residential and light commercial projects, including:
- Post setting, fence building, gates and finishes
- Forming, mixing, and finishing small concrete pads/footings
- Site prep, levelling, gravel base and paver/retaining-wall support tasks
- Safe use of hand/power tools and basic equipment
- Loading materials, clean-up, and leaving jobsites spotless
What You’ll Bring
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather; able to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic tool comfort (we’ll train on specifics)
Nice to Have (Assets): fencing/carpentry experience, concrete finishing, skid steer/mini-exposure, first aid, WHMIS.

Schedule & Compensation
